Thank you for choosing us. We sincerely hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, if you find yourself unsatisfied for any reason, we’re here to help. Below, you’ll find everything you need to know about our return policy.
Returns
All returns must be initiated within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. Items returned must be in new, unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please reach out to our customer service team at info@clamcases.co.uk to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the designated returns address. We typically respond within 24 hours of your request. Once you have your RMA number and returns address, securely package the item in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase.
For your peace of mind, we recommend sending all parcels via Royal Mail tracked 48 or any other tracked alternative that provides both tracking and insurance against loss during transit. Please note that in the event of loss or missing contents upon delivery back to us, you will need to file a claim with the postage provider.
Please be aware that you are responsible for covering all return shipping charges.
Refunds
Upon receiving your return and inspecting the item’s condition, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow a minimum of seven (7) days from the receipt of your item for us to complete this process. Rest assured, we’ll notify you via email once your return has been processed.
